  • RJO offers two types of training programs:
    • The primary program is for newly registered Series 3 brokers who feel that in order to better service their customers, they need a more thorough understanding of floor and back office operations of an FCM.
    • The second program is offered to non-registered individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in futures brokerage. At the end of this program, if a candidate feels confident that they would like to follow this type of career, we make their services available to our Introducing Broker (IB) client base. We have found that this is a great way to bring additional brokers into the futures community, as well as to assist RJO IBs in their search for broker assistance.
• Annual IB conference
  • The RJO annual 'Exchange of Ideas' Conference is now a twelve year tradition. It was conceived for our Introducing Broker community to bring shared ideas on business development, market analysis, industry updates, new relevant products, and personal motivation to our very valued client base. Our conference also provides a unique opportunity for brokers to network with other professionals in their field.
