2nd level Application support, working with a team of 4, as part of the larger application development team. The candidate will interact directly with business end users, developers, and management.
Responsible for analyzing and hands on initial management of production incidents and executing the correct procedures, or escalation paths. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping improve incident management process and tools, as well as maintaining support documentation.

Client/Technical Services Representative - NY Trading Office
Provide Client and Technical services and be dedicated resource for supporting several trading groups. This position will be responsible for the ongoing support of existing and new groups by providing on site assistance and ensuring follow up, when needed, from the corporate office. The candidate will be responsible for opening up trouble tickets when issues occur and for a variety of work requests as well as solving issues personally, whenever possible. Strategic planning to ensure continued successful support will also be required.

We are actively seeking a Director of Over the Counter Markets in our Chicago office. In this position, you will work with various domestic and International hedgers, commercial brokers and asset managers trading OTC derivatives.
Entry Level Broker-Sales Associate
Colorado based energy trading firm looking for an outgoing,
self-motivated individual to train in the commodities and energy trading
industry. Prior experience is not a must, but individual must show a
commitment and aptitude to learn. Some travel will be required and
company will provide training for the Series 3 exam. Experience with
Microsoft Office a must. Experience with sales software Act! and Visual

System Support Specialist
This position will serve as the initial point of contact for resolution of desktop computer and telephone handset problems in a geographically diverse 350-user environment. Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows XP, MS Office, MS Exchange E-mail, network based print services, and hardware/peripherals.
