Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
|
Gerry Corcoran was appointed Chief Executive Officer to R.J.O’Brien in June 2000. He joined R.J.O’Brien (RJO)
in 1987 as chief financial officer and in 1992 was promoted to chief operating officer. He is also a member of RJO’s Board of Directors.
Prior to RJO, Mr. Corcoran served as controller for the Chicago Sun-Times, at the time, the nation's 7th largest daily newspaper. He is a
former member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he served on the Clearing House Committee. Mr. Corcoran was recently voted to
serve on the Board of the National Futures Association (“NFA”) and also serves on the Board of Governors of the Clearing Corporation.
Mr. Corcoran has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member
of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Gerry has served on numerous local, community, civic social
boards.

President
|
Colleen Mitchell was promoted to president in June 2000. Prior to this position, she served as vice president for the
futures commission merchant. Colleen was responsible for marketing, clearing, and execution services to commodity
trading advisors, hedge fund managers, and introducing brokers. Formerly, Mitchell served as senior vice
president for Terra Nova Trading in Chicago, where she organized and managed the NASD broker-dealer and NFA introducing
brokerage firm. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana.

Chief Risk Officer
|
Jamal Oulhadj joined R.J. O'Brien as Chief Risk Officer in January 2006. Mr. Oulhadj oversees the Credit, Margins,
Risk and Compliance functions. Prior to joining RJO, Mr. Oulhadj held similar position at Refco Group in Chicago.
Prior to Refco, Mr. Oulhadj was a Senior Market Analyst in the research department of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
His experience also includes lecturing on Futures and Options at Depaul University. Mr. Oulhadj has a MS in Financial
Engineering and BS in Electrical Engineering.

Chief Information Officer
|
Ryan Gillmore joined R.J. O'Brien as Chief Information Officer in February 2008 and oversees RJO's technology organization. Prior to joining RJO, Ryan worked at the Chicago Board of Trade and CME Group in Application Architecture and Program Management functions for electronic & floor trading, clearing, and hosting services projects. Prior to being at CBOT and CME Group, Ryan was a Systems Architect and Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG / Bearing Point, where he specialized in software engineering projects for clients in various industries. Ryan received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.

Executive Vice President

Mary Ellen has proudly served at RJO for over 25 years. She began her RJO career on the trading floor of the CME, where she worked for 6 years. Mary Ellen was then responsible for implementing and managing the RJO NY trading desk. From there, she served the company as corporate operations manager until 1990. At that time, she began marketing extensively with the IB, CTA, FCM and Institutional communities. Mary Ellen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Introducing Broker Division of RJO as well as being an Executive Vice President and officer of the firm. Mary Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Barat College, Lake Forest, IL.

Chief Financial Officer

Helen joined RJO in March 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining RJO, she was Vice President of Finance and
Controller of ACNielsen-US. Prior to joining ACNielsen-US, Helen had been with The Sun Times Company for twelve years
in a number of senior finance and accounting roles. She began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Chief Operating Officer

Karen Northup joined R.J. O’Brien as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2004. Ms. Northup also runs operations for R.J. O’Brien Alternative
Asset Management, Inc. Prior to joining RJO, Ms. Northup worked in the Corporate Strategy and Development Group at Citadel Investment Group in Chicago, one of
the largest hedge funds in the world. Prior to Citadel, Ms. Northup was a Principal in the Financial Institutions Group at A.T. Kearney, a management
consulting firm. Her experience also includes 5 years with Morgan Stanley where she led IT development of the firm’s global custody business. Ms. Northup has an
MBA from the University of Chicago and B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Senior Vice President, Client Services
|
Jane Obermoeller began her career in the futures industry in 1964, when she joined Clayton Brokerage in St. Louis, MO. For
23 years, Jane served in various capacities for Clayton including Vice President of Associate Services. After Clayton closed in 1987, Jane joined
DeLong International, Inc. as Vice President. While at DeLong she was responsible for the supervision of all brokers, including a large discount
desk, as well as the coordination of back office functions and compliance. Jane joined R.J.O’Brien in October of 1988 as Director of Client
Services. In June 1995, Jane became Senior Vice President of Client Services. Jane has been a registered broker since 1972 and has served on
the Board of the National Introducing Brokers as an FCM representative.

Executive Vice President

As senior vice president of RJO's Commercial Agri-Business Group, Mark Metzger brings 28 years experience in the cash
commodities industry. Most recently as vice president for Pradium, Inc./Rooster.com, where he was responsible for product
and customer development. Before Pradium, Mark was the general manager of Iowa based introducing broker and has been
involved in cash grain trading in numerous domestic and international markets. He received a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College of Beria, Ohio.
