Summary

The Associate Director of eTrading Integration will have responsibility for the applications and technology used by RJO and its customers in the Asian region. The successful candidate will work under the Global Director of eTrading Integration and work hand-in-hand with application and infrastructure teams globally to ensure both a good customer trading experience as well as supporting a successful RJO support organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage and provide support for RJO trading systems.
  • Manage and provide support for 3rd party ISV solutions offered in Asia.
  • Position will be the local liaison with ISVs in Asia.
  • Position will be the local liaison with Exchanges as required in Asia.
  • Work with RJO global Infrastructure team as the local liaison with ISPs and Datacenters used by RJO in Asia.
  • Work with RJO global Infrastructure team as the local contact for RJO Ltd technology needs.
  • Manage customer relationships with regards to technology needs, including for DMA access and API use.
  • Position will be customer facing for issues relating to trading applications, technology, and support.
  • Act as a person of authority in helping the HK Sales force with sales and issues regarding applications and RJO Ltd capabilities.
  • Light travel to Mainland China and Singapore may be required.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in financial markets (preferably derivatives) with management experience.
  • In depth knowledge of trading applications such as Patsystems, GL Trade, Trading Technologies
  • Knowledge of FIX Protocol.
  • Good understanding of Exchanges, Trade Order Flow, Market Data.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently under a broad framework.
  • Proficient at MS Office.
  • Knowledge of basic networking terminology and concepts.
  • Some Linux preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
