Summary

Work in a broker training program to develop sales skills and knowledge of futures markets to develop client relationship opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Work to develop comprehensive sales skills and strategies to align sales activities with the overall division's vision/mission
  • Develop the ability to efficiently maintain and support client relationships in order to open accounts
  • Attend educational sessions and write articles that will further your understanding of the markets and industry

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptive to changing environment; able to multi-task
  • Strong communication and great people skills a must
  • Must have a strong desire to be a self-motivator and goal-setter
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Series 3 license required
  • Writing skills beneficial
