Position Summary: The Trading Consultant will be in charge of soliciting prospective clients for Full-Service, Self-Directed and/or Managed Account trading in the Futures, Options and Foreign Exchange markets.

Responsibility Essential Aspects of Responsibility Percent Phone Soliciting potential clients to trade Futures, Options and Foreign Exchange 75% Market Knowledge/Product Knowledge Building knowledge of the Futures, Options and Foreign Exchange market through our many trading platforms. Monitoring market activity, reading trading publications and financial information websites. 15% CRM Data-entry, database management: prospecting, sending e-mails etc. 10%

Experience: Includes prior position, industry or prior behavioral skills (i.e.. demonstrated use of computers, ability to organize, prioritize, etc.)   Strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to present products in a non-complex way.   The candidate should be competitive, ambitious, detail-oriented and highly self-motivated.   The candidate will have to show that he/she was top-tier talent in their previous position   If candidate is directly out of college, he/she should show a well-rounded experience i.e., intramural/varsity sports, membership in clubs, or social groups.

Education: Preferred: College Graduate: Finance/Marketing/Sales/Economics High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Computer Testing Requirements: Must be able to pass the Series 3 licensing exam. Must be able to learn, use and sell multiple trading platforms Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Applications.
