1. Having Trouble Logging In?

If you cannot access My.StoneX.com, please review the following:

  • Confirm you are logging into https://my.stonex.com
  • Most users should now use their email address as their username
  • If you previously had a StoneX login, use your existing StoneX password
  • If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page

2. Logged In But Can’t Find Your Applications?

If you can successfully log into My.StoneX.com but cannot locate applications such as Armor, Cash Management, RJO Documents, or WebOE:

Once logged in to My.StoneX.com, these apps can be found under the ‘MyApps’ link in the navigation.  For additional help please refer to:
