CHICAGO / NEW YORK, Feb. 28, 2018 – Chicago-based R.J. O’Brien & Associates (RJO), the oldest and largest independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the United States, announced that for the second consecutive year, the firm won the award for “Best FCM – Client Service” at the CTA Intelligence U.S. Services Awards 2018.
Bestowed last night in New York and now in their fifth year, the awards recognize those service providers to the U.S. managed futures industry that have demonstrated exceptional customer service, innovative product development and growth over the past 12 months.
This is the sixth CTA Intelligence award RJO and its UK affiliate have earned, and it marks the third time the firm has won for client service in the United States. In 2016, RJO won the “Best FCM – Innovation” category at the U.S. awards. Its London-based affiliate won the magazine’s European Services award in the technology category in November 2016 and in the innovation category in 2015.
